Afternoon
Following a citizen science bird survey with your Expedition Team, it’s back aboard the Zodiac to race alongside porpoising penguins en route to shore. On solid ground, join a moderate but rewarding hike to a gentoo penguin rookery and observe these social penguins navigate daily life.
Evening
You might like to squeeze in another visit to the Science Center – this time learning all about life under Antarctica’s icy waters. Dinner tonight is at Aune for an a la carte feast. Use this time to swap stories and photos with your fellow travellers, before adjourning to the Explorer Bar for a nightcap.
